Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies. Their aim is to meet the energy needs of society now and in the future. They are among the top ten biggest oil company in the world. Currently, they are seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the position of:

I.MIS Coordinator

Responsibilities:

* Implementation at distributor sites: audit hardware requirements at distributor site, set up software application, data transfer and training
* Super user of Quickbook cum Trainer
* Administrator and Maintain the head office set up : coordinate with Regional IT
* Coordinate with Quickbook for distributor site training and off site troubleshooting
* Manage Master Reference File and coordinate refreshment of files
* Performs collation of reports for dissemination to Sales team and marketing team

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Quickbook, Cisco, Oracle.
* Preferred skill(s): SAP, ERP.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS or equivalent.
* Contract positions available.

II.Human Resources Representative

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to support all human resources functions, personnel administration, employment process and compensation & benefit.
* Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation & report.

Requirements:

* Male, maximum 30 Years Old.
* Min. Associate Degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Human Resources
* Good administration & documentation skills
* Having experienced in the Industrial Relations aspect will be an advantage
* Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources function
* Good communication skills
* Result-oriented and performance-driven
* Proficient in English, both oral and written
* Computer literate

III.Backfill Planning Manager-(Bekasi)

Responsibilities:

* The attributes of demand are understood (size of demand, forecast accuracy, PLM)
* Capacity utilization is visible by key resource area (e.g. Blending, Filling, Bulk Loading, Warehouse)
* Appropriate communication between functions is supported by facts to enable improved decision making on scenarios, opportunities, constraints
* Product introductions and withdrawals are made in a timely, efficient manner
* Based on the rough-cut plan, ensure that production resources (plant, people, materials) are planned to develop an efficient and effective detailed plan, supporting the objectives of the plant and the envelope.
* Ensure that master data (static and dynamic) remains accurate.
* Ensure that manufacturing optimization, inventory holding and customer service are continuously improved through the identification and elimination of waste.
* Ensure that communication between functions within the operations is continuously improved by means of leading regular (at least daily) meetings with fresh, accurate, data.
* Ensure that inventory, batch sizes & set-up times are optimized.
* Ensure that deviations from plan are visible and agree recovery plans, root cause analysis with the operations team to prevent re-occurrence.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Supply Chain, Six Sigma.
* Having 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
* Contract positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

IV.Logistic Laboratory Testing-(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree in Chemistry, Science & Technology or equivalent.
* Male / Female, max 25 Years Old.
* Computer Literate.
* Fluent in English ( Oral & Written ).
* Strong Analytical Skills.
* Details & Accurate.
* Min one year of experience in related position is preferred.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

V.Outbound Inbound Scheduler-(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
* Male / Female, max 25 Years Old.
* Fluent in English ( Oral & Written ).
* Computer Literate ( Ms. Excel proficiency ).
* Minimum 1 Year experience in Outbound or Inbound.
* Detail Oreinted.
* A good team player and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
