I.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Palembang & Makassar)

Requirement:

* Graduate from reputable university
* Experience in Clients’ maintainance
* Have a marketing knowledge, and able to do presentation to higherlevel management
* Familiar ini numbers and calculation
* Having experience in life insurance will be an added advantage
* Fluency in English & Indonesian, both oral & written
* Computer literacy & good administrative
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
* Possess analytical & problem solving ability
* Well organize, self-motivated
* Able to work independently & under pressure/under minimum supervision & tight timeline
* Teamwork player, hardworker, handy, willing to work overtime and long hours

II.ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Requirements :

* Male or Female, 27 - 35 years old
* Min. 4 years experience or more in Sales/ Marketing (Life Insurance or Banking Industry is preferable)
* Good business strategy including sales forecasting and channel development
* Highly motivated and creative
* Graduated fro reputable University
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Fluent English (both oral and written)
* Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferable
* Capability for using database system to analyze marketing segmentation
