Sample Receptionist
Requirements:
* Candidate must posses at least D3 Degree from reputable university
* Having minimum two years experience in related position
* Computer literate in Ms. Office application
* Be able to work independently as well as in a team
* Friendly and high motivated person
* Excellent in English both oral and written and have a good communication skill
* Able to work under pressure
Customer Service
Requirements:
* Candidate must posses at least D3 Degree from reputable university
* Familiar with management system at least ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS would be an advantage
* Has experience working with certification body or management system consultant as schedule coordinator is desirable
* Having minimum three years experience in Customer Service
* Computer literate in Ms. Office application
* Be able to work independently as well as in a team
* High motivated person
* Excellent in English both oral and written and have a good communication skill
* Able to work under pressure
Administration
Requirements:
* Candidate must posses at least D3 Degree (preferably S1) from reputable university,
* Has experience working with certification body as report reviewer or working in Industry which implements management system (document controller or assistance to MR).
* Computer literate in Ms. Office application
* Be able to work independently as well as in a team
* High motivated person
* Excellent in English both oral and written and have a good communication skill
* Able to work under pressure
* Good analytical and systematic approach for problem solving is a must
Invoicing and collection
Requirements:
* Candidate must posses at least D3 Degree from reputable university
* Has experience in collection bad debt (with high success rate)
* Computer literate in Ms. Office application
* Be able to work independently as well as in a team
* High motivated person
* Excellent in English both oral and written and have a good communication skill
* Able to work under pressure
