I.Graphic Designer

Criteria

- Diploma
- Creative
- Highly self disciplined and motivated
- Bilingual – English and Indonesian
- Knowledge of print production
- Experience in web design and publication
- Web programming not mandatory but an asset
- Outgoing and able to work effectively in team environment

II.Investment Consultant

Job Description

- Prospect investors
- Introduce properties and benefits to investors
- Assist clients throughout the sales process, including deposits, financing and settlement
- Provide customer service
- Managing customer relations
- Maintaining contact with client
- Perform sales duties during weekend exhibitions or weeknight seminars

Requirements

- Previous investment background preferred
- Good finance knowledge
- Able to work flexible hours
- Self disciplined
- Highly motivated
- Good communication/presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual – English and Indonesian
